2011 Rates
The rates for the house only are for up to 6 people. The rates for the house and pigeonnier are for up to 6 people in the house and up to 2 people in the pigeonnier. (The pigeonnier is not available in the winter months due to lack of central heating.)
Bed linen and towels are included.
A completed booking form and a deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking. The balance plus a refundable £300 security deposit is payable 8 weeks before arrival.
Prices in euros are available on request.

Saint Martin de Ribérac
The house will not be available between October 2011 and late April 2012 as we are having two new bedrooms built upstairs. The house will then have a total of four bedrooms, each sleeping two people. We will still let the house for a maximum of six people, but there will be more flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
